Returns Policy for Celestial Fire Glass Branded Products:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Celestial Fire Glass accepts returns within 60 days from original purchase date. Please contact us directly to coordinate your return. Refunds will be issued for returns that meet the following criteria:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Name and order number must be included with return.
- Customer must notify Celestial Fire Glass the tracking number of the return.
- All returned items must be unused (not installed or burned) and in their original condition.
- Packaging must be undamaged, complete, and original for returns to be accepted.
- Refunds will be issues once items have been returned to Celestial Fire Glass and inspected.
- All returns must be made within 60 days of original purchase.

Celestial Fire Glass reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- Item returned does not match original item shipped.
- Return is missing parts or its original packaging.
- Item returned has been used or is no longer in resalable condition.
- Item is being returned outside of 60-day window.
Returns Policy for HPC Branded Products:
Returns, Holds, and Exchanges
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all non-unwarrantable items returned.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original shipment.
- A purchase order number or sales order number must be provided with the return.
- All E-Commerce exchanges or refunds will go to your original form of payment.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No cash credits are issued (except if credit card processing error double charges, then double amount will be credited back to original card used).
- Holds/CIA – HPC will only hold orders for 15 days before order goes back into stock and will need to be re-ordered.
