The AM-90 air mixer ensures cleaner combustion by precisely mixing air with propane before the flame, reducing soot buildup on your burner and fire glass.

This solid brass mixer is rated for 90,000 BTU and features standard 1/2" NPT connections for easy integration into your propane fire pit setup. Installing it between your regulator and burner introduces just enough air to support a bright, stable flame, without going overboard and turning the flame blue.

Inside, the mixer uses a Venturi effect: a narrowed section speeds up the gas, creating a vacuum that pulls in ambient air through intake ports. The result is a better combustion mix that keeps your fire glass and burner clean over time.

For best results, install it with the socket attached (to maintain proper flow) and keep air-intake holes facing away from obstructions. Over time, check the mixer for webs or debris (spiders sometimes build nests inside) and make sure it remains unobstructed.
